XDCSwaps is a product which is part of DØP3 Club NFT, a Multi-Chain NFT Project minting exclusive collections across every major blockchain.

Whilst using XDCSwaps you agree that you will not violate any law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right, and that you are solely responsible for your conduct and content, while accessing or using the Service. You also agree that you will not:

• Use or attempt to use another user’s Account without authorisation from such user;

• Pose as another person or institution

• Access XDCSwaps from a different blockchain address if we have already blocked any blockchain set to you from any Blocksworkz project

• Spamming the page in anyway whatsoever

• Use any browser extension that is not authorised by XDCSwaps

• Reverse engineer, duplicate, decompile, disassemble, or decode any aspect of the Service, or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any service, area, or code of the Service;

• Sell or resell the Service or attempt to bypass any XDCSwaps fee systems;

• Use the Service or data collected from our Service to advertise in any marketing whatsoever

• Use the Service to launder money, for terrorist activity or to make ill gotten gains

• Use the Service to carry out any financial activities subject to registration or licensing, including but not limited to creating, selling, or buying securities, commodities, options, or debt instruments;

• Use the Service to engage in fraud or other manipulative activity

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes whatsoever

• Ensure any profits are subject of Tax or/and any other Government payments in the country you reside in
